Our Team aims to advance inclusive, human-centered and responsible use of artificial intelligence across local and regional government entities in the Cincinnati Region. By advancing the use of AI the goal is to enable improved public services, enhanced operational efficiency, and increased transparency. How will this be achieved?
– Engage local municipalities, counties, and regional authorities to identify use cases for AI in Govt.
– Educate government officials and public employees on AI capabilities, risks, and ethical frameworks.
– Enable responsible AI adoption through pilot projects, toolkits, and shared governance frameworks.
Our Team’s approach: 1. Create and Lead AI in Government Network for the Cincinnati Region
2. Organize Quarterly Training & Roundtables for public officials (in conjunction with OKI) starting in Oct 2025
3. Organize Annual Cincinnati Region AI in Government Summit starting in 2026
4. Conduct a Bi-Annual State of Cincinnati Region AI in Government Survey and Dashboard of results
5. Provide an AI Readiness resource website for government agencies – promote awareness of existing tools and resources. Including case studies and pilot programs.
6. Provide and maintain an AI Policy Framework aligned with national best practices and adapted to regional needs (Legal or policy ramifications).
